- If you are using the Control Approach pedals with Beringer main brake cylinders, consider replacing the bottom bolts and lock nuts with drilled bolts and castle nuts / cotter pins. If the lock nut comes loose, the nut and bolt may fall off and you lose control over the airplane during ground operations.

The default is to use a nylock nut.
