Status End of Jan 2023
No RV-10 with cracks in the rear horizontal stabilizer spar found (near the outer elevator hinges).
An improved hinge bracket for the RV-10 is not available yet, but Vans is working on it.
If you already built your horizontal stabilizer, inspect the spar annually using a borescope.
If you are about to close out the horizontal stabilizer, consider waiting until the improved hinge bracket is available.
